Shipping Policy

Beads by Naths ships orders from the Netherlands. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and costs are shown at checkout when available.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 2 to 5 business days. During busy periods or for small handmade batches, processing may take a little longer. If there is a delay, we will contact you.

Packaging

DIY beaded flower kits are packed in a small cardboard box. Beads and small components are packed securely to help keep everything organized during shipping.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to ship your order promptly.

International shipping

For orders outside the Netherlands, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price unless shown otherwise at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@beadsbynaths.nl with your order number and photos if relevant. We will help review the situation and find the best next step.
